NJ Governor Chris Christie is speaking the truth and punching the left (and the right) with inescapable logic. The Governor went on Morning Joe and the hosts thought they had a nice trap for him, but Christie bluntly shut down the attack. Glenn plays the audio of Christie that quite frankly is nothing less than conservative porn.

Glenn Beck: Media countdown to Chelsea's wedding
The media bashed George W. Bush for a relatively extravagant wedding for his daughter Jenna, but they seem to be quite excited for the wedding of Chelsea Clinton. This time they don't seem to mind that the Clintons are spending $500,000 on flowers and $3.2 million overall. Sounds like someone has 'windfall profits' that should be confiscated, to use the words of Hillary Clinton.
Glenn Beck: POLL -- 73% say gov too powerful
Despite this alarming statistic, this administration is still grabbing power whenever it can. Nearly three quarters of Americans now say that the government has too much power. It's an alarming trend, especially considering most of the power is in the hands of a couple people - one of those being 'the most dangerous man in America' Cass Sunstein.

Glenn Beck: Gibbs gaffe #229981
Press Secretary Robert Gibbs tried to attack Rush Limbaugh yesterday saying that he wanted to abandon GM, while the government saved the day. That's an interesting case to make considering Obama was the one who shut down profitable GM dealers for no reason. Gibbs tried to slam Rush and in the process made a ridiculous gaffe, adding to his long list of classics.

Is the White House Following a Blueprint?
Are all of the decisions by this administration merely a series of wild, unlucky mistakes or is it a power struggle? Is the president trying to stabilize or fundamentally transform America?

Glenn Beck: Obama's SEC gets free pass
It's interesting that the left is largely silent on the blatant power grabs by this administration - such as the latest with the SEC, who are now exempt from Freedom of Information Act requests. Everyone should be up in arms, because no matter who is in control, government and power has proven to be a horrible combination.
Inside a Radical Manifesto
I just want to say that I, for one, am proud to be an American. I wanted to get that off my chest, because I sure haven't heard radical jingoism like that lately. Last I checked, America is the beacon of hope in the world.

Glenn Beck: And you thought Obama couldn't run GM
Who says the government can't run an auto company? Look at this genius: the all new Chevy Volt. Travels 40 miles on electricity. It can be yours for the low low price of just $41,000 dollars. Oh, and there's a tax rebate if you buy it. Why not just make a car that people will buy at the asking price? They'll figure it out someday. Maybe.Glenn has more on Government Motors today.
Glenn Beck: From the most transparent administration ever
Barack Obama promised transparency, but he hasn't done a bang up job sticking to that promise. The latest blow came from FrakenDodd's Financial (disaster) Reform bill - the SEC now does not have to comply to Freedom of Information Act requests. But don't worry - the SEC came out today and announced (seriously) that you can email them with any concerns. Wow. Glenn has more on radio today.

Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich join forces to push for U.S. withdrawal from Pakistan
In a last-ditch effort to prevent the U.S. government’s wars from spreading, Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich joined forces to push for a comprehensive withdrawal of U.S. troops from Pakistan by year’s end. The House voted 372 to 38 against the resolution, but the debate served as yet another example of growing antiwar sentiment in Congress.
