It is a free service and available to historians, lawyers and yes - even the Supreme Court has referenced it in their debates. Let's put the Utah Constitution online to provide context to content and discussion. For example, doing so would allow Legislative news feeds coming into Utah's Voice to be seen in context.

Use Utah's Voice to capture citizen's ideas, or "Voice of the People"

Utah State Speaker of the House, Dave Clark, handed out books to elected officials in his Opening Remarks to the Utah State Legislature encouraging them to return the books by July 24, 2009. The purpose is to "turn innovate ideas into excellent state policy".
Utah's Voice can enable Speaker Clark's vision using a state of the art Web 2.0 technology. The best ideas leading to public policy proposals are a collective effort. On Utah's Voice, users can submit an idea, comment on the and vote. The best ideas will then "bubble up" to the top.
