I thought defining when life begins was above the President's "pay grade." If he is unsure of when life begins, than he must agree that abortion is a procedure that "potentially" could be ending a human life. You would think then, that he wouldn't be so hasty to use an executive order releasing taxpayer dollars to promote a procedure that could terminate millions of human lives. Surely, one would think that such swiftness on this order must mean the President is now certain that life clearly doesn't begin until months after conception, for the alternative is unthinkable.
